Cypress Creek Town Center

The proposed major mall on S.R. 56/54 has received approval from SWIFTMUD this past week. The has been a major "cloud" over this massive project. Previously the developers indicated a planned opening for this 1.3 million square foot complex in fall of 2008. I would think that timetable is in doubt. Nevertheless, in my opinion it now seems likely that we will see this mall built!
