Lisa Buie of the St. Pete Times reports that new home builder Kimball Hill Homes will be leaving the Florida market. (Kimball Hill currently has local presence in Ashton Oaks of
Wesley Chapel.) Buie added that the builder will complete homes currently under construction and honor warranties.
