Live Oak Preserve Developer Asks For Extension For Its Chapter 11 Recovery Plan


Laura Kinsler of the Tampa Tribune reports that TOUSA (Parent company of Engle Homes and developer of Live Oak Preserve) in New Tampa, has requested its Chapter 11 recovery plan date be extended from May until October of this year.
