Four single family homes were reported sold by our MLS in the Wesley Chapel golf course community of Lexington Oaks in November. Reported sold prices ranged from a low of $125,000 to a high of $317,000 and the sold prices per square foot (heated & cooled) had a large range from $64.00 to $95.25. At this time
Lexington Oaks has over 40 single family homes listed for sale.
