State funds for Porter Campus in Wesley Chapel in jeopardy?

I read in today's paper that Scott warns he may veto more than a 100 million dollars in college construction projects in the state budget. The St. Petersburg Times further reports that $6.9 million is for the future Porter Campus at Wiregrass in Wesley Chapel.

    Gov.Scott seem like he's hell bent on messing up Florida. What has he approved to better our state???
