I see in the Pasco Times that Ker's Winghouse plans to open in March at the former Buffalo's Southwest Cafe (which has been closed for years) on CR 54 in Wesley Chapel.  Ker's Winghouse is known for its female waitresses dressed in tank tops and shorts.  Website  Video
