Tampa is third highest city for all cash real estate deals

RealtyTrac reports that 57% of Florida real estate deals in June were all cash deals.  Additionally, Tampa was listed as the third highest city in the country for cash deals with 58% of June sales reported as cash deals.  Miami was highest at 64% and Las Vegas second at 62%.

I previously wrote a blog post reporting that 41% of all single family home sales in Wesley Chapel for 2013 were all cash deals.
