Last month 12 single family homes were reported sold in the gated and guarded New Tampa community of Arbor Greene in our MLS. None of the homes sold were classified as distressed sales (Short Sales or Foreclosures). Sold prices ranged from $242,500 to $470,000 with an average reported sales price of $377,417.
Currently there are
20 single family homes listed for sale in Arbor Greene. The list prices range from $214,900 to $485,000.
