Today I noticed this sign announcing the Latin Twist Cafe in the retail center on BBD across from the Wesley Chapel Medical Center. (Dickey's Barbecue and the Hungry Greek are located there too.) I have no idea when they plan to open.

Great news, I keep saying we need really good authentic latin food places in the area.
Remember we have La Cubanita Cafe in New Tampa on BBD and The Silver Ring in Wesley Chapel.
Finally, a place that has a latin flavor. I've tried Latin Twist Cafe and it taste like real hispanic food. I've tried La Cubanita Cafe and it was OKAY, a little over price though. I personally wouldn't say the Silver Ring in Wesley Chapel is latin food, just because you sell Cuban sandwiches doesn't mean you serve spanish food.
They are open! 7/21 they brought a menu to our place of business. We're going to try it tomorrow. Our resident Cuban says the menu looks like his momma made it.
