The survey was based on eight categories for small to midsized cities with populations between 20,000 and 350,000. Tampa’s overall Livability Score totaled 620, scoring highest for amenities at 93, tied with Irvine, Ca.
“We received the highest score for our amenities – our waterfront city, attractions, sports teams, festivals, culinary focus, outdoor activities – all of these things make Tampa a great place to live,” said Santiago Corrada, President & CEO of Visit Tampa Bay. “And we all know great places to live make great places to visit.”
