Florida Hospital Zephyrhills officials recently announced their intention to build a five story, 80 bed 225,000 square foot hospital with an additional 200,000 suqare feet of office space. The site also features a 10 acre lake.
Estimated cost is $100 million, with a projected opening in 2009.
Location is on a 52 acre parcel at the Northeast corner of Bruce B. Downs in New Tampa / Wesley Chapel and S.R. 56 (1/4 mile N. of the new J. C. Penney.
