The Greater Tampa Association of Realtors has published the following average sales prices by neighborhood for homes in MLS that sold in August, 2006:
Brandon: $272,240.
Carrollwood: $347,137.
Lutz / Northwest: $469,913.
Pasco: $265,863.
New Tampa: $418,969.
The Average days on the market reported by GTAR for all homes sold in MLS was 61.
