Looking for homes from $150,000 to $1 million in value, HGTV's website indicates they are looking for the "snappiest, most appealing, charming and/or hip homes", and that they are looking for:

1. Unique, magazine-ready architecture or design elements
2. Eye-popping details inside and out
3. Engaging homeowners excited about sharing their city and their home with the rest of America.
