Parkview deserves their fate. We contracted to build with them in 2003. After a series of mishaps, and failure to break ground on our home by July of 2004, they elected to default on the contract. We found them to be callous, incompetent, and downright dishonest. Each part of their organization---sales, marketing, design, construction were marked by the same level of contempt for the customers they pretended to serve. It was apparent, even to the casual observer, that they were in way over their heads.
