State Senator Victor Crist of District 12, will discuss the state’s budget and other issues at the August 13 meeting of the Pasco Alliance of Community Associations (PACA).
Sen. Crist will address issues from the 2009 legislative session that pertain to community development districts, plus homeowner and condominium associations. Those will include homeowners’ insurance, housing foreclosures and community association fees and non-payment of them. Following his presentation, Senator Crist will take questions from the audience.
The meeting, open to the public as well as to PACA members, begins at 7 p.m. on Thursday, August 13, at the Land O’ Lakes Community Center located at 5401 Land O’ Lakes Blvd.
