Renting? Paying your rent on time? Effective July 1, 2010 if your landlord isn't paying the required HOA / Condo fees, under Florida Chapter 720, you may be obligated to pay the fees directly or face eviction!

Pure BULLSHIT !!!
Your not understanding what this means. You would pay your RENT, that you usually pay to the owner directly to the HOA. The HOA then takes out the dues and passes the rest along to the owner.
