Fresh market at Wiregrass


The monthly fresh market at The Shops at Wiregrass will be held this Saturday, February 5, 2011 from 10:00 to 3:00. Local food, crafts, and live music!

I don't mean to be mean, but I have been there 3 times. It has some very interesting things for sale but only one guy really as a "fresh market" selling fruits, veggies etc. The other people are selling shirts, pizza, tobacco. Although I like those things as well, I will stop going because it is not really as advertised. Maybe I have just been "unlucky." Has anyone had the same experience?

I stopped by yesterday for a few minutes before I had to leave to prepare for showing homes. I noticed a large produce stand (with quite a line), smaller organic produce stand, bakery stand with breads & pastries, cupcake stand, plants, food carts, ie pierogies, gumbos, etc. And yes, there were craft items too.
