There's more than one Halloween costume store open in New Tampa. In addition to Spirit Halloween, The Fright Factory is located in New Tampa's City Plaza (Tampa Palms Publix & Stein Mart shopping center). The store is open from 10:00 AM to 9:00 PM Mon-Sat and from 11:00 to 5:00 PM on Sundays and the locally owned store has a very pleasant staff.
