It is said that there is not an exterior architectural element in the world that has more curb appeal than a wraparound porch. These porches add appeal and value and Southerners enjoy relaxing on them while sitting on rocking chairs and reading a book, drinking sweet tea, or chatting with the neighbors! While they are widely popular, there are surprisingly few of them in our area--probably because we have so many cookie cutter homes with smaller lots and builders try to cut costs.
