Tapas Spanish Cafe coming to Wesley Chapel

I noticed this sign posted next to Publix where the Bobbie Rose Boutique formerly was located in The Shoppes at New Tampa (BBD & SR 56) announcing Tapas Spanish Cafe.

Does anyone know when Tapas is opening? I went by couple weeks ago. The sign was no longer in the window.

I noticed that the sign was down several weeks ago. Not encouraging to see that.
