A large new 430,000 square foot outlet mall with approximately 120 brand name & designer outlet shops is in its early plans with a location just a few miles north of New Tampa, just south of S.R. 52 along I-75.This announcement by the Chelsea Property Group was made recently and if built will only be a few miles north of our neighborhoods in New Tampa and a short jaunt from our homes. Stores in its already operating outlet mall in Orlando include Versace, Hilfiger, Banana Republic, Dior, & Ferragamo.
