Wesley Chapel Hospital Status

It looks like the proposed Wesley Chapel hospital may be in ICU for a while. First, the S.R. 54 Wesley Chapel site chosen by University Community Hospital was rejected by the Pasco Board and then UCH's competitors filed suit when they weren't granted the CON (certificate of need) at the state level. The Pasco Times reports that next week UCH may be making a decision on an alternate Wesley Chapel site at BBD and S.R. 56 and that the legal issues could take more than a year to resolve.
