2009 Home Sales For Wesley Chapel

Our local MLS, Mid Florida Regional reports 132 single family home sales in Wesley Chapel this year with 67 % of the sales at or under $200,000. With some 600 single family homes for sale in Wesley Chapel, we remain in a Buyer's Market.
