Preforeclosure sales and bank owned sales gained a major share of New Tampa single family home resales in March. There were 80 single family homes reported sold in New Tampa in March per our local MLS data and over 50% of the sales reported on resales were preforeclosures or bank owned homes!The average sales price for all New Tampa single family homes reported sold in March was $286,004. Sale prices ranged from $99,000 to $1,600,000.
There currently are over 400 New Tampa single family homes listed for sale in our MLS ranging from $106,000. to almost $3 million.
