A recent analysis of single family Bridgewater homes listed for sale in our local MLS revealed that 86% of the homes on the market in the community are either preforeclosures or "short sales". While all communities in the area have been affected by preforeclosures, Bridgewater appears to be the hardest hit of all.

A recent analysis of single family Bridgewater homes listed for sale in our local MLS revealed that 86% of the homes on the market in the community are either preforeclosures or "short sales".
