Median sales prices for single family homes have risen 8%

The Greater Tampa Association of Realtors reports that median sales prices for single family homes have risen 8 percent from last year to $143,000.  Additionally, homes are on the market an average of only 41 days compared to 67 days a year ago and the inventory of homes on the market has dropped 34% over the last year.
