Fink plans to build a 10,500-square-foot showroom and sales center and a separate 12,000 sq. ft. service center, according to preliminary plans submitted to the county.
Kinsler also reports that Fink just won county approval for the plans for his new, 22,000-square-foot Chevrolet building on Wesley Chapel Boulevard.
There is one more Wesley Chapel car dealership under review by Pasco County at this time. A used car dealership with a 4,500 sq. ft. building is proposed on the SW corner of CR 54 and Old Pasco Road.

$20 million hockey facility proposed in Wesley Chapel
