The volume of single family homes sold in Wesley Chapel in January 2014 was down from a year ago but the average sales price was higher, and distressed sales and all cash sales were down*

High price: $499,990 for a 3,680 sq. ft.,  5 bedroom 4 bathroom, pool home

2014:  21%

2013:  39%
2014:  26%

There are presently around 300 single family homes listed for sale in our MLS in Wesley Chapel.  List prices range from $125,000 to $1,490,000 and the average list price is $323,031.
