Developers for The Grove have announced a March 8, 2007 groundbreaking, putting them in the lead of the Wesley Chapel mall race. With 800,000 square feet, this open air mall is reported to include a sixteen screen movie theater, Best Buy, and a Petsmart.
Wiregrass Mall and the mega-mall Cypress Creek Towne Center have yet to announce a date for their groundbreakings.
