There are about 70 single family homes listed for sale in Meadow Pointe in our local MLS. List prices on the homes range from $99,000 for a 3 bedroom, 2 bathroom home to $329,999 for a four bedroom, 3 bathroom home with fireplace and three car garage. About 50 % of these Meadow Pointe single family homes listed for sale in our MLS are Short Sales (pre-foreclosures) and about 8% are bank owned (REO's).
