Financing Secured for The Shops at Wiregrass
Forest City Enterprises, developer of The Shops at Wiregrass in Wesley Chapel announced that it has secured a $132,125,000. loan for the second phase of construction of The Shops at Wiregrass. The loan was closed on January 30, 2008 and the mall is expected to open this fall.
